[CANCELED] 💖Mental Health Peer Support Group

Looking to meet new people? Claudia, our counseling intern and group co-facilitator, says a good reason to attend the group is community and the opportunity to meet new people with shared experiences.
If you’re new to SJPC services and programming, the Mental Health Peer Support group is for people 18+ who want to make new friends and discuss life’s nuances, joys, and current events. Whatever may be on your mind. We’ll also take the opportunity to play games, do activities, or meet in other 3rd spaces. It’s a great opportunity for folks who might be suffering from society’s loneliness epidemic.
We’ll also have our super-cool LCSW, Albert (and former SJPC intern!), on-site to facilitate conversations. We can shape the group to meet our needs, so feel free to offer suggestions, and we’ll be sure to keep an open mind. 💖
Hope to see you there!
