WHAT FREE SERVICES WE HAD IN THE PAST (subject to change):

• Health Education including blood pressure checks, diabetes/A1C screenings, breast/cervical cancer screenings, and more
• Resources and education on mental health, immigrant rights, asthma, green card support, COVID-19, and more
• Holistic Healing including Reiki, Hilot, and Individual Massage Therapy
• Mindfulness activities including self-care kits and creative arts
• Free giveaways including: Haircuts, fresh produce, winter clothing, and baby supplies
• Giveaway prizes
• Food will be distributed for lunch by local food trucks *limited, on a first-come, first-served basis*

WHO: This event is open to all community members. We welcome all cultures and identities. No ID or insurance is required to receive services. All resources/activities/services are free of charge! *Masks are optional, but not required.
